Policies

Services Offered:        
-    Individual, marital, adolescent, family, and group counseling, as well as other specialty groups such
     as military personnel and clergymen.

-    Providing Christian faith based counseling and prayer ministry if so desired.  


Office Hours:                         Appointments available 7 days a week, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Fees:                                       Both individual sessions and group sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes.  
                                                   Private pay only (sliding scale).  Insurance not accepted.  Scholarship 
                                                   funds may be available to help pay for part of your 
                                                   counseling fee.

Cancellation:                         Your appointment time is scheduled for only you.  If you must cancel, 
                                                   please inform us at least 24 hours in advance so you are not charged 
                                                   for a missed session.

Emergency Procedures:    If you have an emergency after office hours, please dial 911 or go directly 
                                                   to the nearest emergency room. If you have an urgent need to speak with 
                                                   Mr. Daniel after hours, please dial the office number and leave a message 
                                                   expressing the urgency of your call.  Mr. Daniel will get back to you as soon 
                                                   as possible.  Please do not leave a phone number that is equipped with 
                                                   anonymous call blocking.
